About This Role
Deliver friendly, efficient service to every customer at the counter. You’ll be the face of our brands — greeting customers, taking orders and ensuring a smooth dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take food orders accurately
- Operate the POS system and handle cash/card payments
- Serve food to customers promptly and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and service counter
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Assist with promotional activities and upselling when appropriate
Requirements
- Pleasant personality with strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing role
- Able to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Previous F&B or retail experience is an advantage but not required
- Basic English language proficiency
