Outlet Supervisor

About This Role
Lead outlet teams, maintain quality standards and drive performance. As supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the overall success of your outlet — from team morale to daily sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the outlet team during service hours
- Ensure food quality, hygiene and service standards are met
- Handle daily cash management and end-of-day reconciliation
- Train new staff and conduct on-the-job coaching
- Manage outlet inventory and place supply orders
- Report operational issues to the Operations Executive / Manager
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience in F&B
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Able to handle high-pressure service periods calmly
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Comfortable with shift work including weekends and public holidays
