Operations Executive

About This Role
Oversee daily outlet operations, manage staff schedules and inventory. You’ll ensure our outlets run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining Tasty Food Group’s standards across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned outlets
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance and performance
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers
- Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace regulations
- Prepare operational reports and identify improvement areas
- Coordinate with HQ on marketing campaigns and new outlet launches
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Hospitality or related field
- Minimum 2 years of F&B operations experience
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in basic MS Office and POS systems
- Valid driving licence is an advantage
- Able to travel between outlets as required
