Training Coordinator
HQ office + various outlets across SingaporeFrom $2,800 – $3,800/month
About This Role
Develop and deliver training programmes for new and existing staff. You’ll play a key role in maintaining service and food quality consistency across all Tasty Food Group outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and update training materials for kitchen and service roles
- Conduct onboarding training for new hires across outlets
- Organise refresher courses and skills upgrading sessions
- Assess staff competency and provide feedback to supervisors
- Coordinate with Operations team on training schedules
- Track training records and ensure compliance with WSQ requirements
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in HRM, Training & Development or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of training or L&D experience, preferably in F&B
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Patient, approachable and able to coach diverse teams
- Familiarity with WSQ framework is an advantage
- Willing to travel to outlets across Singapore
